Pot Roast is hands down one of my favorite foods, try my easy recipe for delicious pot roast.

Start of with any kind of roasting beef cut, I am not at all picky, get whats on sale.
Trim away excess fat.

In a large crockpot, combine 2 cups low sodium beef broth with one cup Guinness.
Add in
about 4 good sized diced fingerling potatoes.
5 stocks of celery, diced
half a yellow onion, diced
some garlic for taste.
a small bag of baby carrots
2 bay leaves.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on your meat and add to crock pot. Cook on high for four hours or low for eight.
Beef should be at 160 degrees.
I would prepare the night before and refrigerate before cooking.

Yes, indeed. That would be one cup of Guiness… Guiness Stout preferably.
